FTP
In order to FTP to your site, you must have the following details:
1) FTP host
2) FTP username
3) FTP password.
For Linux / Unix based sites, please ensure that you put the pages only into the httpdocs folder. For Windows please use only the www folder.
Recommended FTP clients are WS_FTP lite, ACE FTP3, Crystal FTP lite, etc. Cute FTP does get jammed sometimes and in such cases please reboot. You can find all of them on www.downloads.com or download them from the downloads page of this section by clicking here.
NOTE: In case you are suddenly not able to log in, please retype all the three above parameters instead of connecting from stored parameters before sending help request.
