If it is still live, type http://www.testmy.com and see if the page opens , if it does please click here to report an error. If it does not open and yuou get a similar error, please call yolur local broadband provider and ask him to reset his DNS server. If you are on a dialup , please disconnect and redial.

A MX record not found error occurs when someone sends me a mail

Please open a command window and ping mail.<yourdomain.com> (replace <yourdomain.com> with the actual domain). If it resolves properly please ask person sending to check his DNS server by doing the same. If that too works, please escalate by clicking here.

I want a subdomain called xxx.yyy.com ? Is it possible ?

Yes in order to do that, you need to send us a mail from the DNS entry link. Once DNS entry is made , if youre in PLESK and have the rights, you can create the domain from your control panel. If you do not have the rights then you would need to request us to create it. Please note that subdomains are considered a separate package and would occupy space.
