Do you provide 24 X 7 service ?

We provide interactive service during normal office hours 6 days a week. After office hours normally email support is provided on first come first serve basis based upon urgency. For dedicated servers we provide 24 X 7 support.

How do I check details of internal server errors ?

Please check you website logs. For Plesk users , please log into your control panel and go to log manager. There you should be able to see your logs. If you wish us to debug, please send us the last few lines of your log files in a mail.

For non Plesk users , you will normally find the files via FTP inside your logs folder. Please download , open and send us last few lines of the log detailing the error.

I have uploaded new pages but am still seeing old pages ?

Please clear cache on your local machine and if the problem persists , it could be due to a cache server at your broadband ISP end. In such a case do a dial up connection and check to see if problem persists.

I am seeing a default Plesk Page despite uploading new pages.

This could be due to the non deletion of the place holder. Please delete the file called index.html before uploading files so that your default page will become visible.
